Every woman is unique in what she needs and how she works best. That is why I offer a variety of different packages to suit how YOU learn and assimilate information into your life.  Investment ranges from $250-600/month.

After working with numerous clients I have found that it takes a minimum of 4 months to truly reap the benefits. While you will experience results right away – as soon as our first call – to really mine the depths of what is possible for you takes time.  Have you ever had a big epiphany at a training class or workshop and then gone home to have all your good intentions fall apart in an instant?  I don’t want that to happen to you with coaching. This process will help you make lasting changes; it is not a “quick-fix”.  It takes time to build the muscles needed to be comfortable in your own skin, anytime, anywhere. 

Integrative Coaching™ Transformational Package

This program is perfect for individuals who want to do deep inner work to create extraordinary results in their lives.  This Integrative Coaching program is based on Debbie Ford’s bestselling book “The Dark Side of the Light Chasers”. This “Blueprint Coaching” model forms the foundation for uncovering and integrating your shadows. Using a 16 week "blueprint", as your integrative coach I will lead you through powerful visualizations that allow you to get out of your head and into your heart to uncover the inner wisdom that will lead you to the gold in the dark and your highest potential.

• 16 weeks of individually tailored 30-45 minute coaching calls

Fast Track Program

(Recommended for at least 4 months)
This program is perfect for individuals who are ready to embrace change and take massive action to experience results quickly.

• 3 customized 45 minute coaching calls
• 1 roaming call (can be used as an additional 45 minute coaching call or three 15 minute check-in/accountability calls)
• Ongoing email support
• Typed up email notes of sessions
• Inclusion in group coaching calls (future)
• Access to monthly teleclasses

Focused Results Program

(Recommended for at least 4 months)
This program is for individuals who want to experience results at a quick and steady pace.

• 3 customized 45 minute coaching calls
• Ongoing email support
• Up to one check-in/accountability call (10-15 minutes) per month

Basic Program

(Recommended for at least 4 months)
This program is ideal for self-directed individuals who work well on their own and like a lot of time to process information.

• 2 customized 45 minute coaching calls

Group Coaching

(Recommended for at least 4 months)
This program is ideal for self-directed individuals who work well on their own and like the support and synergy of a group. (Minimum 3 persons required)
