Comfortable in Your Own Skin Coaching can help. Here’s how the process works… 1) Assess – How Am I Treating Myself Now?You are the star player in your own life. My guess is that you are probably not treating her like one. If you’re like most people, you engage in a cycle of beating yourself up and negative self-talk. By taking a good, hard look at how you’re showing up in your life for yourself and others you’ll walk away with the knowledge and tools to begin to turn the tides of self-doubt to self-confidence. We will identify the concrete steps you need to take to put it all into effective practice – once and for all. This foundation of self-awareness and self-care will translate directly into how you treat yourself on a daily basis and allow you to focus on what you really desire. This awareness will be put into action in a practical way that leaves you with the deep knowing: “I can always count on myself.” You are your greatest asset. 2) Claim -- What Do I Stand For? What Do I Really Want? What Matters Most to Me?If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will lead you there. Working together you’ll get clear on where you want to be going and what you need in your life to get there. You will get in touch with what you most desire in your wildest vision of success for your life and career. Learn how you can clear the cobwebs and endless chatter from your mind so you can hear the insights and answers to the questions that most need answering in your life or business. You will know and be able to articulate what you value most as you need to be able to name it before you can claim it. You will be able to achieve this by creating a life and business/career plan that truly reflects who you are and what you stand for. Using this vision as a compass, together we will create a tangible action plan that aligns your daily life and how you spend your time in a way that will bring about what you most desire. 3) Create Breathing RoomToday's schedules leave little time for self-care, fun, joy, and things that matter most.
