The Comfortable in Your Own Skin Coaching Process ™

Here's the scoop on the 8 steps in this proven process that will have you living authentically and succeeding on your own terms from the inside out.

1) Assess – How Am I Treating Myself Now?

You are the star player in your own life.  My guess is that you are probably not treating her like one. If you’re like most people, you engage in a cycle of beating yourself up and negative self-talk.  By taking a good, hard look at how you’re showing up in your life for yourself and others you’ll walk away with the knowledge and tools to begin to turn the tides of self-doubt to self-confidence and the steps you need to take to put it all into effective practice – once and for all.

2) Determine -- What Do I Need? What Do I Want? What Matters Most to Me?

If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will lead you there.  Working together you’ll get clear on where you want to be going and what you need in your life to get there. You will get in touch with what you most desire in your wildest vision of success for your life and career.  You will know and be able to articulate what you value most and together we will create a plan to align your daily life to make it happen.  Answering these questions as they resonate with the truly unique person that is YOU brings clarity and lays the foundation for building a life by your own design. If you can see it, then you can be it. I’m here to bring that about with you.

3) Learn -- How to Be Your Own Best Friend

Learn how to be the very person you most want to have in your corner rooting for your highest success at all times wherever you go and whatever you do.  You can have this and more once you learn how to be your own best friend.  Building on the foundations of how you treat yourself and what you really desire you’ll learn how to move the newfound awareness into action in a practical way that leaves you with the deep knowing: “I can always count on myself.” This serves to move your foundation into action, consistently. You are your greatest asset. You must be able to access this – ongoing.

4) Get Clear, Get Grounded

If your life feels like the churning waves on the ocean, the time is now for you to get in touch with the still waters deep underneath the surface.  Learn how you can clear the cobwebs and endless chatter from your mind so you can hear the insights and answers to the questions that most need answering in your life or business.  Just as a tree cannot grow without being grounded in the soil, neither can you. Learn how to anchor yourself in a way that allows your roots to go deep so you have all the support you need to grow and do big things in the world.

5) Get & Keep Your Life’s Wheel Rolling

At the heart of being comfortable in your own skin is living a full life. That means tending to all different areas of your life – wealth, health, relationships, surroundings, and more.  Explore ways to create balance – that work for YOU so you live a life that is deeply enriching and widely varied.  Learn how to take stock, adjust, and re-align as you move along so you keep the wheels of your life rolling along optimally.

6) Let Go

Fear, expectation, judgment, and past experiences can keep you stuck; stuck in a miserable cycle of “same old, same old” and wondering if you’ll ever be able to be – do – or have what you really want.  Learn how to let go so you no longer shrink from new challenges and experiences. Now is the time to break free and relish the chance to take a risk. With me as your coach you will get in touch with a deep inner faith within you that knows and believes you will always land on your feet. This way you’re available to take advantage of life’s opportunity rather than avoid them.

7) The Practice of Living It – Creating New Habits

Being comfortable in your own skin is a journey, not a destination.  Life throws new situations, circumstances, and desires at you every day.  Learn how to set up automatic regular daily habits in your life so what matters most to you is not thrown to the backburner.  Habits are a good thing when they are consciously created by you rather then based on the experiences of a person you no longer are. An extraordinary life is built by stringing together a series of unstoppable moments; this makes all the difference in the world to create the moments you’re longing for your life to have. By marking these together we will be sure to engrain these new habits at a cellular level so they are there for you always.

8) Be Comfortable in Your Own Skin in Relationship with Others

Let's face it our lives are filled with relationships. Even with the best laid foundation and plans, one encounter with someone else can throw us into chaos, beating ourselves up, and leave us saying yes when we really want to say no. In this step we work through all the ins and outs of standing confidently in relationship to others, speaking your truth, and creating rich and satisfying personal and professional relationships.
