Intuitive Intelligence® will guide you back to the YOU that you most want to be and re-ignite a sense of freedom and adventure in your life in a way that has you creating and experiencing more success on your own terms. Here’s how the process works…

1) Take Stock of Right Here, Right Now

You Are Here. Like the dot on a map, you need to know where you are right now before you can take that next step to where you most want to go. In this step you get a deeper sense of what’s been going on. What’s been missing? What got lost along the way? By taking a good, hard look at the present (on the inside and out) you will walk away with the knowledge and tools to begin to refine what you are already doing so you get better results and a richer experience right now.

You don’t need to start all over; nothing you’ve done was a waste.

You only need to start right where you are. We will build upon this foundation so you can continue to focus on and create what you really desire. This awareness will continue to be put into action in a practical way each step of the way. One that leaves you with a rootedness and a deep knowing: “I am always at choice and can count on myself.” You are your greatest asset.

**2) Claim -- What Do I Really Want? What Do I Stand For?**

If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will lead you there. Working together you’ll get clear on where you truly want to be going and what you need to get there. You will get in touch with who you most want to be and what you most desire in your wildest vision of success for your life and career. These are the ingredients that are fundamental to who you are and what you really want to be experiencing. If you were to flash forward into the future and look back on your life – what are you certain you don’t want to have missed in your one precious life?

You will learn how to clear the endless chatter from your mind so you can hear your own natural Intuitive Intelligence® perhaps for the very first time. You will know and be able to articulate what you value most as you need to be able to name it before you can claim it.

You will be able to achieve this by creating a life and business strategy that truly reflects who you are and what you stand for today. You will build in such a way that your business model supports the life you want to leave so you don't end up being in servitude to a monster of your own creation. This plan acts as a container in which the alchemy that is you can flourish.

Using this vision as a compass, together we will create a tangible action plan that aligns your daily life and how you spend your time in a way that will bring about what you most desire. You will know each day where to focus your time and energies to be in alignment with the results you seek. No more wasted time.

3) Give Yourself Permission

If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got. That means in order to create something new (no matter how big or small) to bring about what you most desire, you need to make a choice to do things differently. This choice point, this decision is the spark that will ignite the fire and inspire your future. Your best thinking got you here and our synergistic work together will propel you forward.

Together we will:

Identify the points where you feel stuck or frustrated
Dismantle the obstacles that stand in your way so you can breeze by them with ease, and
Re-orient so you are in aligned action each and every day that feels good and moves you in the direction you most want to go.

There is no right or wrong answer, there is only the wise answer for you and I will guide you to it.

By giving yourself permission you are able to be at choice and take action boldly. No one else is going to do it for you.

4) Create Breathing Room

Today's schedules leave little time for self-care, fun, joy, and things that matter most. Living a meaningful and productive life often has more to do with what you remove from your list of commitments than what you add to it. Just like a fire needs air to burn, you need to free up space and energy for the magic to occur. This space needs to be created on all levels – your physical space, where you commit your time and energies, and within your own mind.

By doing this you can create space in which to hear your own inner guidance and hear the wisdom of your intuition. 5) Anchor Your Efforts with Confidence

Who you get to be has far more to do with your success than what you do. If your life feels like churning waves on the ocean, the time is now for you to get in touch with the still waters deep underneath the surface. It is impossible to be confident when you're being tossed about with the tide.

Just as a tree cannot grow without being grounded in the soil, neither can you.

Fear, expectation, judgment, and past experiences can keep you stuck; stuck in a miserable cycle of “same old, same old” and wondering if you’ll ever be able to be – do – or have what you really want. The devil you know is not better than an unknown future; it is just what you already know. Learn how to let go so you no longer shrink from new challenges and experiences. Together we will identify specific actions for you to take to strengthen your courage, release the fear, and stop the endless loop of judgmental self-talk.

You will walk away confident in who you are and knowing that you can handle whatever comes your way.
