We will use the book Stand Up for Your Life by Cheryl Richardson as our initial roadmap. Participant purchase of book required.

When We Meet:
1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month starting February 2nd at 12:30p Eastern for up tp 90 minutes.

Maximum Group Size: 10, additional groups added upon demand

There will be a brief application process to ensure a good fit for all for this group. Attendance live is required for at least 90% of our calls. Confidentiality will be maintained via group agreements to ensure everyone feels safe and at ease to participate fully and get the most from the group.
